HOW DOES IT WORK

AND WHAT DO I OFFER?

You’re probably at a similar point in your life to where I was over 15 years ago: I knew I was fucked up and had to stop drinking, but I didn’t know what to do about it. If that sounds familiar, this is what I offer to help you change that.

THE 5-WEEK PLAN

£899

For those ready to get their shit together, you need the 5-week plan.

WHAT YOU’LL GET

  • A 50-minute session each week, in person, for five weeks
  • Achievable goals and practical ways to take charge of your drinking
  • A chance to divulge your whole drinking history — I want to hear your best drunk stories, as well as your fuck-ups and disasters
  • Permission to carry on drinking — I won’t ask you to stop straightaway

THE ONE-OFF SESSION

£199

Not everyone needs to completely overhaul their drinking, but maybe you need a bit of help and guidance before you fuck everything up. A 50-minute, face-to-face session with me can make sure that doesn’t happen.

WHO’S THIS SUITABLE FOR?

  • Anyone who’s completed the 5-week plan who needs the occasional one-off to check in, or get some help with staying on their chosen path
  • Anyone who’s drinking hasn’t reached breaking point yet, but who wants to get a handle on it before it becomes a real problem. The “inbetweeners”, as it were
  • Anyone who wants to cut down on their drinking in…

HOW CAN I HELP YOU?

Why should you give a shit?

I went to rehab twice, tried AA for well over a year, and saw at least 10 different therapists in pursuit of sobriety — none of whom had any idea what the fuck to do with me. In the end, I realised the only way to get my shit together was to figure it out on my own.

When you make any big change in your life, you’ll find yourself in usual and unfamiliar territory. Traversing any new terrain is hard, but that’s not a flaw in the process: it’s an inherent aspect of the transformational experience. Embrace it. I did it alone, but you don’t have to.
